Data Subject Rights

If any personal data phearn holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that it be corrected or updated.

The phearn Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. phearn does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is a mandatory step in the phearn account registration process, and phearn reserves the right to request additional proof of age at any time.
If phearn becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21 without appropriate verification, phearn will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered a phearn account, please contact phearn support immediately.
phearn's primary operations and data storage infrastructure are based in the Philippines. In certain circumstances, personal data may be transferred to, or accessed by, service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or identity verification services operating internationally.
